Refund policy

If a customer is not happy with our product we can offer you a 7 days exchange on all products purchased from us, except tempered glass (screen protector), cases including tempered glass (screen protector), camera lens protector, items sold in sales & offers.

  • Exchange should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product. Email us at support@mobilesigma.com
  • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
  • The product should be unused.
  • All the protective films on the product delivered to you should not be removed.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
  • Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • Note:

    The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions:

    • Self-Placed Wrong Order (eg. Ordered wrong model or product).
    • Not same as Advertised.
    • Purchased from local store or other website. 
  • Refund should be requested within 3 Days of delivering the product. Email us at support@mobilesigma.com
  • The product should be in intact condition, with all the packaging and in the box in which it was delivered. (As it was delivered to you).
  • The product should be unused.
  • All the protective films on the product delivered to you should not be removed.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
  • Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • Refund amount will be transferred within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process.
